In The Brush

As the afternoon safari began it was quiet. In the morning we had learned by watching the guides and we even found ourselves spotting animals first. Sometimes the monkeys would stir and you could tell that "something" was close. If it was a threat to them they would head straight up into the trees and chatter.
Searching for shapes in the dense brush helped you be ready for the one fleeting moment when "something" would appear.
The white tusk is a BIG clue.

That is a really cool picture. Must have been exciting to see them "materialize" like that.
