Our friend had saved a big down payment but he was struggling with the bank. You need a co- signer. Their prayers were answered because an
announcement was given by the government that for one day you could get a loan with no co-signing. How wonderful that he was prepared.
I love that you have to take it somewhere else to build the top! well, that and that he even got it.
